For me, being a mentor isn’t just part of the job. It’s a responsibility, and one that I take seriously. Career paths and goals are varying, each as different as the person striving to find their way. As a leader, I’ve always made it a point to know my team, and to provide them with any opportunities, training, or guidance I can, that will ultimately help them on their path.

I’ve developed a strong appreciation for the creativity behind and necessity of a well-defined process. All too often processes suffer under the “we’ve always done it that way” mentality. I thrive on evaluating processes, looking for opportunities to streamline workflows and ultimately improving satisfaction in the overall user experience.
